A deep map based application needs a quality map API, and Apple's MapKit filled that role perfectly. In addition to the core map integration, the app is deeply connected to a robust Backend as a Service system.

Unlike many apps we build, Vayu really is a group based app. Having isolated users test the app is not nearly as meaningful as having a full team work with the app. Throughout testing we conducted various focus group tests to gain insights and feedback as the product matured.
